This is a very nice COMPLETELY PRIVATE, 935 sq.ft., apartment in a large, 4-story house (a 1904 Denver Square) that encompasses one entire floor of the house and has two private entrances - one from the front and one from the back patio (the remaining three floors are occupied by a single professional/executive). The apartment was completely renovated into a cozily-furnished corporate suite for business travelers who want more than extended stays in hotels or commercial apartment complexes, and was specifically designed to offer a comfortable day-to-day life while away from home. All you need to bring are your suitcase and laptop! The back yard features a large, English-garden type patio with ivy-covered brick wall, a 6-person patio set with umbrella, a large KOI pond with waterfall, flower gardens, an 8' x 8' Cal Spas hot tub, and a large Coleman gas grill for cookouts. All utilities (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, unlimited local and domestic long distance telephone service, high-speed wireless internet, cable TV) are included.

City Park, with over 370 acres, includes 3 lakes, several fountains, a pavillion, paddle boats, the Denver Zoo, the Museum of Nature and Science, IMAX theater, a planetarium, an 18-hole golf course, a driving range, soccer fields, softball fields, flower gardens, statues, fishing opportunities, lots of open space for recreation and picnics, and great city skyline/mountain views. It is conveniently located just 12 blocks from the upscale Cherry Creek shopping district, 2.5 miles from the popular downtown attractions (LoDo, 16th Street Mall, sports arenas, Performing Arts Complex, Convention Center, etc.), and within easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants and bars, retail shops, and night life. It is on a direct bus route if you prefer to take public transportation, and easily accessible to I-70 and the airport.
Every Sunday evening during the summer, City Park also hosts free jazz concerts in the park, so grab a blanket, your favorite bottle of wine, some tasty hors d'oeuvres and walk across the street to enjoy the concert and do some people watching!
The all-inclusive monthly rental rates are as follows: $1,850 (for leases of 3 months or greater) $2,000 (for month-to-month or leases of less than 3 months)
A 6-month lease (or greater) is preferred, but shorter-term leases are considered. A security deposit is also required.
